The Mayor’s Office of Cultural Affairs presents “Black Royalty” a celebration of African American Essence by Carolyn Miller. This photography exhibit will be on display from February 12th - April 10th in the Mayor’s Gallery, 2nd floor, City Hall. The exhibition opening reception is Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
